One of the Presidential Candidate Rodrigo Duterte on Wedsneday Asked the President Benigno Aquino III if he was high on drugs and accused him for the high incidence of criminality here in our country. "Mr. President, are you on drugs? That is the reasin why there are too many criminals nowadays. That is because of you." Mayor Rodrigo said "You do not even know what due process is. As far as I am concerned, I know where to stand. If the criminal would resist violently and would pace the life of the enforcer or the military man in danger, shoot him.
