The absence of Alden Richards, the other half of AlDub in Eat Bulaga’s Kalye Serye last week caused a virtual unrest among some of the self-professed “AlDub” fans. Some fans exhibited a “Herd behavior” to show their grievances against Alden.
Alden’s bashers were accusing him of being dishonest by claiming in all of his interviews that his last girlfriend was in high school but there was a video in 2013 wherein he admitted that he had a non-showbiz girlfriend.

I understand that as fans we want to protect Maine Mendoza from getting hurt but bashing and spreading lies against Alden is not the way to do it. Granted that he admitted having a non- showbiz girlfriend last 2013 but it doesn’t mean that he is lying now for claiming that his last GF was in high school. Sometimes we say the things we say to protect something or someone.
I believe that he was referring to Julie Anne San Jose when he admitted having a non-showbiz girlfriend and not the girl name Gie Nakamura. Videos of him and Julie Anne’s sweetness were all dated May of 2013. Maybe he only said non-showbiz to protect their relationship and besides during that time he had a lot of bashers from JulieElmo fans and even received threats from them.
Most of Alden’s bashers insist and believe in their own version of truth that Gie Nakamura is his non-showbiz girlfriend. In reality she is an admin of Aldenatics together with the founder Nate Gonzaga. They were with him right from the start so it’s understandable that they developed a certain level of closeness. If we are so hell-bent on ruining his reputation we should have at least a solid evidence to prove our story. Alden is nothing but a sweet boy who treats everyone equally. Right from the start he is grateful for the undying support of his fans and never takes them for granted.
